PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING ON IJOS PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING WITH IJOS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. 

1. Application and scope 

1.1. These Terms of use apply to your access and participation with IJOS benefit plan program 

(“IJOS club or “Program") is comprehensively an online platform.

IJOS reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate IJOS and/or all or any portion of these Terms of use or any policy or guideline about the IJOS club at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting when necessary.

1.2. Your participation in IJOS confirms your acceptance of these Terms of use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of use and applicable policies of terms and conditions along with FAQs frequently to understand all that applies to IJOS. IJOS will notify you (at the point of contact provided by you) at least 30 days before changes (which in IJOS’s reasonable opinion may be materially detrimental to you) are to take effect. You can always exercise your right of termination under clause 5.1. in case of disagreement with any changes. 

1.3. IJOS club is intended mainly for B2B. Only individual/companies that are residents of the age of majority in the country in which IJOS operates, qualify as end-consumers under the applicable rules, regulations or legislation of that jurisdiction and may participate in IJOS club (“Member” or “you”). 

1.4. All services, offers, content and any other benefits and initiatives, in connection with IJOS club (“Services” or “Benifits”), are provided by IJOS only based on these Terms of use, as indicated by IJOS from time to time. 

IJOS as the full name states INDIAN JEWELLERY ONLINE STORE is exclusively an online store, operated online by sales partners, marketing freelancers of IJOS and any other authorized participating registered IJOS Suppliers, at IJOS’s discretion. 

It's operated under The Ethnic Joint company name.

The updated list of participating IJOS Suppliers E-Directory in their selected categories are offered on our platform as required for sourcing solutions only during the certain duration validity period.

*Suppliers are selected added and removed from the list periodically depending on their participation with IJOS marketplace.

1.5. Those of you who are new to the business we offer this platform to get you an amazing product line set up of your choice when required during the mentoring session, you will feel confident to take this further as we make it easy for our IJOS members & offer encouragement at all levels. IJOS offers strategies and direction for members pre-exhibition planning or product launch campaign totally as per individual requirements.

2. Joining IJOS platform

2.1. These are the following ways to connect on IJOS platform or anything concerning IJOS: 

(a) the First point of connecting is either a website contact form or business WhatsApp  or IJOS App

(b) For all the business-related query, it's required that you fill out a free no-obligation form, from the link provided online or after connecting on global business WhatsApp contact or IJOS App

Clarity/Suppliers forms are an essential part of IJOS;

(1)They give a good understanding of your requirements and expectations from IJOS - As each form submission is filtered in the order they are received and accepted after considering whether IJOS will be able to offer value; depending on the form respondents. Complete clarity is needed to ensure that members get that enhanced experience with IJOS once filtered and registered.

(2) Once form is submitted and to take things further, its MANDATORY to WhatsApp your;

(If not already provided)

(3) After you have gone through all the IJOS Terms of use and FAQ outlined here next step will be registration formalities, and if need be, we can offer 20min clarity call during the exploratory stage and before you decide to register for IJOS club membership, to clarify any concerns before membership payment (this service is only for shortlisted respondents)

2.2. The final registration process starts after benifit fees are paid during validity duration as per benifit plans.

IJOS club membership offers Standard, Premium Benifit Plan

 - These can be a one-off fee or Ongoing as continuing monthly fees depending on members business needs and requirements from IJOS.

Standard plan mandatory at entry level for each member to start with IJOS for business purpose.

Standard Benifit Plan fees start from 10k onwards  (To be paid in INR Indian bank transfer)

• Direct sourcing solutions from any 5  IJOS standard suppliers  (Click on each image that will take you to their respective collection page links for your perusal) 
• BMM access alongside two 1on1 mentoring calls for sourcing guidance of trending items and business growth expansion (BMM access consists of various sessions to view during the membership period, They consist of following topics

1. Jewellery series (Curated online content collated under one banner)

2. Business Plan (How to write a business plan - mainly designed for new start-up) 

3. Tools for logo and a brief understanding of branding (Make a logo in 5 min.)

4. Online Marketing step by step

----BMM series is curated under IJOS banner which our new startups find very handy during the membership period.

• Free weekly uncapped post updates on IJOS private FB broadcast group (India or overseas) for business exposure and customer leads
• Entry into IJOS members-listing for IJOS jewellery loving customers to contact directly for their jewellery orders.

~ Additional benefit worth 5k, members can avail a fully comprehensive 2 free 1on1 mentoring session on creating catalogue or E-Commerce website, logo/ branding related solutions and virtual try-on jewellery solutions with our associated partners that are the third party collaboration with IJOS. We negotiate on behalf of members for their most competitive rates which are directly paid to them after interaction with IJOS

Benifit plans will have their respective validity period (30 days) with an option to either continue the following months or simply fill withdrawal form(mandatory) to discontinue. (If needed members can choose to become returning members within 6 months of withdrawal date with returning membership fees)

The process requires that you provide the following information:

email address (mandatory and required to receive all eligible benefits), 

mobile phone number, physical address, Business name, social media links, website and business preferences.

2.3. Please read the Privacy Policy for IJOS club which is an integral part of these Terms of Use carefully to understand how IJOS collects, uses and discloses information about Members and how to update or change your personal information and how IJOS communicates with you. 

2.4. After registration of your IJOS club membership, you will be assigned a membership number of an IJOS platform user for referencing purposes upon sign-up as we provide you customer base and give your reference to suppliers for sourcing related query. Your IJOS membership begins with acceptance of your registration form by IJOS. 

2.5. Your participation in IJOS club will last as long as you are a paying member each month.

3. Services and benefits option as a member of IJOS platform

3.1. The goal is to create helpful mentoring tailored solutions with topic-driven sessions, available during the validity period. Mentoring sessions are specific to the individual requirements of members, conducted at a mutually suitable time over zoom/whatsapp video call

3.2. Unbiased assistance on sourcing IJOS registered suppliers, which members can connect directly through links, for business and when needed we offer our bulk buying inventory requisites management services to our members especially overseas members.

3.3. You get access to monthly 1on1 sourcing related and Business Mentoring Masterclass (BMM) designed specifically for your business requirements throughout IJOS Membership once or twice a month if required (for Rs2500 per session)

3.4. Full transparency of IJOS marketplace products and services exclusivity in wholesale supply and rates and benefit from the bespoke services that IJOS provides from time to time for your brand business.

A place of a carefully curated list of established suppliers, who have been thoroughly vetted to ensure good quality in the market. 

For ease of sourcing, we have classified suppliers into 2 categories 

Standard & premium

we have these collection categories of ONLINE JEWELLERY SUPPLIERS that IJOS directly cater, the jewellery displayed are from direct manufacturers to wholesalers and well-established designers, stockist to Artisans.

IJOS club members avail DETAILS OF SOURCES as per plans selected during their validity period - Check the collection links, that are catered under IJOS marketplace - Please go through each one, These are IJOS registered & vetted suppliers. Get jewellery at their most competitive wholesale rates direct. Where IJOS manages the *sourcing services a set markup of 15% on prepaid consignment is chargedupfront as IJOS service fee. Shipping cost is always extra and on actuals.

*overseas members MOQ 1 lac (INR) per consignment and *Indian members MOQ 50k (INR) per consignment to avail suppliers rate

3.5. BENEFIT FROM READY CUSTOMERS LEADS WHO CONTACT YOU DIRECT THROUGH IJOS

We have various collection of Facebook pages links, and we share customer leads with our IJOS club members during membership period - As you avail IJOS standard suppliers sources  (Initially in 1st-month membership) and cater to their items you have an option to be IJOS online reseller/partner or IJOS marketing freelancer (India based member) on IJOS platforms to avail benefits of the shared customer base. 

3.6. Priority is given to IJOS members for discounts and offers along with competition invitations to qualify as IJOS STAR MEMBER. If a member is a continues paying member for 5 months 6th moth they avail free with IJOS and are classified as IJOS star member.

-These services may include (without limitation and as an indication only), news and product information about newly added vendors and designers exclusive on the marketplace, IJOS Business Mentoring Masterclass (BMM) and IJOS Designer products and services exclusivity. 

3.7. Members get to do a "live" on IJOS platform and get access to IJOS Virtual Events and suppliers events and promotions, such as the presentation launch of new products or discount and other promotions, including invitations to Pre-Sales, personalized product information and special offers and/or services, vouchers, access to exclusive content or events, news and updates of relevance for Members. 

3.8. Services may also include priority on offers of participating suppliers, where you as an IJOS member may benefit from bulk buying offers and discounts during membership with manufacturers direct.

4. Member’s Obligations 

4.1. The personalized IJOS membership number will be assigned to you on this platform for internal use and reference. It is not transferable to third parties. We give away direct customers your name number with members number(Currently for Indian members only) so they connect with you for their jewellery requirements. The Services and other benefits of membership to which you are entitled or eligible for are non--transferable as well. We require all members to be ethical and honest in all dealings with all customers who connect with you for their jewellery requirements where we expect that you offer the most competitive rates in the market or else they have many other options to buy online.

4.2. You are solely responsible for all your business-related order placements of IJOS Suppliers / Sources. IJOS related sources will only entertain if the orders are placed consistently.

Non-Performance by IJOS members gives a bad remark to IJOS Suppliers/Sources. Hence we expect IJOS members to be professional and serious about Indian Jewellery business at all times during the validity period. If you are one of those who feel can do it all yourself IJOS is not a place for you kindly steer away.

4.3. During orders consignee is to take opening video from scratch without any pause, as this is mandatory in case of any complaints related issues such as replacement or exchanges, it's as per the suppliers' discretion. If suppliers don't entertain replacements IJOS is not responsible and no refund will be made in such cases. Items damaged in transit will be exchanged or replaced depending on availability and return cost is borne by the buyer.

4.4. During overseas bulk orders through IJOS consignment sourcing services you are fully responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and complete information regarding prepaid Wallet balance update and also during order placement procedure, consignment shipping address details, including contact information such as email, phone and physical shipping address needs to be accurate, as incorrect information may lead parcels beings misplaced and you not being able to enjoy the services. You will be entitled to fill order forms with order details during each consignment process.

4.5 Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable its entirely your duty before joining IJOS club membership, to understand the process and commitments communicated before registration.

4 6. Overseas bulk orders only on Prepayment as per Wallet system process mark-up fees are deducted upfront from prepayment and orders once placed in order group and are considered to be final and confirmed strictly no cancellation allowed. Item price/codes are mentioned during the ordering process for members to decide accordingly. IJOS will check availability during query and book items straight away if available so members don't lose out on the desired design and cost of the item will be deducted from Wallet bal. Hence, It's mandatory to check availability only once orders are 100 per cent sure. We expect members to utilise the prepayment amount in the same membership month as no carryforwards will be entertained.

Shipping cost is always extra weather it's shipping internally within India shipping points or oversees all cost is born by members during bulk order consignment and shipping payments need to be settled before final shipments.

4.7. IJOS 1on1 are offered at scheduled date and time as per members convenience. links for booking will be sent across and it's the members' duty to save the date and time in the calendar and be professional to attend the scheduled meet which usually occurs over zoom video call and sometimes over WhatsApp. In case of change in date and time rescheduling can be done well in advance with valid reason session can be rescheduled. During scheduled session day, we expect members to be professional and attend on time, extended wait time once meeting starts will be 10 min during zoom meeting if any further delay happens that session will be terminated and not be rescheduled.

5. Termination 

5.1. You may terminate your membership with IJOS club at any time without observing any period of notice by communicating with IJOS at the contact points indicated in the clause and by simply filling out a withdrawal form. The benifit plan fees period validity is minimum 30 days which remains intact and no refund or adjustment possible. 

5.2. Immediately upon termination, all benefits, services and other elements relating to the membership will be cancelled. In case of any pending wallet bal, we expect that members buy off items and exhaust the balance by end of paid membership month, as no refund will be granted of any balance whatsoever. IJOS will adhere to all balance amount and deliver all items that are within the wallet amount before terminating membership. In the occasion where IJOS suppliers are updated of IJOS members, suppliers will be updated regarding members termination and it's up to suppliers to cater accordingly as per members business relations and number of sales provided per week during the membership period.

5.3. IJOS may terminate your membership with IJOS club at any time by giving one 

(1) months’ notice. where all wallet balance(if applicable) should be utilised.

5.4. IJOS may also terminate immediately your membership for good cause. Good cause includes, among others, and at IJOS’s discretion, you providing false data to IJOS, including, but not limited to, invalid contact information, misuse (including fraudulent use) of your membership and/or the Services.

5.5. IJOS observes fair and transparent interactions at all times, in case members misuse these interactions by unnecessary accusation despite full clarity their membership rights will be terminated without any prior notice and necessary actions will be put in place.

6. Limitation of Liability 

6.1 IJOS shall not be liable to any person for any action taken or neglected to be taken concerning the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It's the responsibility of the members before joining to research the market for suppliers and other relevant information by doing the legwork themselves, IJOS simply offers a genuine one of a kind business platform to succeed faster and helps with sourcing solutions to save members time and energy of doing the legwork.

6.2. IJOS will attempt to send correspondence to active members to advise them of matters of interest. However, neither IJOS nor its members and suppliers participating as partners in the program will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any transactions associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems Relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Website or online service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail for whatever reason, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

7. Miscellaneous 

7.1. No waiver by IJOS of the provisions hereof will be effective unless explicitly outlined in writing. No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from these Terms of Use shall operate, or be construed, as a waiver by IJOS; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege by IJOS.

7.2. If for any reason any of these Terms of Use are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that term is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be severed and deleted from these Terms of use, and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. 

7.3. Collection displayed on IJOS can be found elsewhere online and sold by others, IJOS does not claim any ownership or exclusivity of items displayed as its simply offers a platform of the social marketplace to BUY-SELL-GROW within the club membership period. IJOS is not influenced by rates and services offered elsewhere as IJOS offers one of a kind club membership with exclusive benefits within itself. IJOS is transparent in all its benefit plans offered during IJOS club membership period and will not be responsible for any decision made by members. Members are responsible to make a well-informed decision with regards to registering for IJOS club membership.

7.4. NEITHER IJOS NOR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DESIGNEES, SUPPLIERS, OR EMPLOYEES MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE OR IJOS CLUB OR ANY OF THE REWARDS OR BENEFITS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED  TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE NOT LEGALLY 

EXCLUDED

7.5. These Terms of Use and all legal relations between IJOS and you in connection with the IJOS platform and shall be subject to the laws of the seat of IJOS. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the city in which IJOS has its seat.

1. After joining the IJOS Club Membership and once we complete the registration formalities, we offer an initial mentoring call;  1on1 session to understand your specific requirements and know what / how we can benefit you in your business. 

This way, we make your individual monthly plan which is suitable for your specific needs during the membership period.

☆ We also understand what type of suppliers(standard or premium) are you looking to start sourcing first as IJOS member 

~ For Overseas members We usually recommend that you start with standard suppliers initially and min.10 items per individual collection that way it will save you the shipping cost internal and overseas.  (We can run through that if required during our mentoring sessions)

~ During overseas sourcing Solutions if selected from the ordered consignment through IJOS process we have advance wallet system process where pre-payment is done in advance inclusive of the 15% fees is counted as your wallet balance and the shipping is always extra as per actuals paid before dispatch. Items code calculation is shared of/by sources along the way, we offer most competitive wholesale rates with full transparency.

~ During, 'order consignment through IJOS', Your account is assigned to our admin team where we make two WhatsApp order groups (query & confirm) once advance payment is received and accordingly they start booking ready to ship selected items (items once booked cannot be cancelled as it’s not fair on sources who trust us to pay them for booked items asap) and hope to cater the orders within 24 to 48 hours max within 3 days tend to book- confirm & pay sources and try to get items dispatched asap, so they reach you fast.

~ We tend to do quality check during parcel packaging and will keep you posted all along the way in case of any quality issues we will make sure to rectify or ask you to select something else and u can do the same.

☆ We also discuss further if you need mentoring as a start-up or our guide to “Having resellers for your products” to have your down line, explaining the ins & outs of this trade for newbies. 

2. If you wish to start-up your own online jewellery brand business? Or Already have an existing business where you are either an online reseller (based in India) or an established shop owner; We offer sourcing details of our IJOS registered or approved list of manufacturers & wholesalers of various types of jewellery from all over India and can offer you guidance in the best possible ways from whom to source your items at most competitive rates depending on your buying capacity.

☆ Many of our IJOS members find this the MOST appealing ‘ONE OF A KIND’ benefit, all they want is found with us, all inventory needs are met with our IJOS registered and approved suppliers (standard and premium)

In case of members choose to not continue the following month, one can simply discontinue after filling out a withdrawal form, with genuine intentions & exit membership gracefully. Here members get the liberty to join in as continuing month IJOS member in case they choose to come back anytime within the duration of 6 months after their withdrawal form submission, they can start back with Re-joining membership monthly fees same as continuing fees.

3. This info is for overseas bulk buyers doing business out of India 

☆ Overseas bulk buyers kindly note: we only cater to our prepaid members with minimum order quantity to get wholesale rates. It's advisable to have shipping preferable in India if you have anyone who can ship it out to you after checking if not IJOS can arrange and do what is required. Shipping cost extra on actuals as per shipping agents price list. All will have to be catered accordingly

~ Amt to be paid in INR as prepayment.

If you enrol for IJOS membership you will benefit from getting all collection jewellery under one roof.

☆ We offer bulk order sourcing service only upon prepayment of MOQ and our markup is set to 15% commission per consignment value; here we get you your choice of products at most competitive wholesale rates that are the latest running in the market. We negotiate with various suppliers on your behalf if need be, so you benefit and make sure to do through quality checks alongside during order placement and arrange full shipping setup (India / overseas) making sure items reach safe & secure right to your doorstep

~ Shipping cost applicable on actuals & each shipping cost weather internal India shipping to an IJOS collection point or overseas shipping it's always extra and will be considered on the advance payment made.

~ For overseas shipment in rare occasions there may be custom clearance charges also known as Custom duty, this cost is borne by the consignee. Here we suggest if you know anyone personally in India get them to quality check your items & ship them to you overseas, in case you don't have anyone we will get our sources to sort this no issues.

4. All members will have a golden opportunity to build their customer base, as we share our customers leads with them. Each private group customer they cater is their customer to keep for future transactions.
