• Each item is subject to availability, If you are interested in a piece that is posted, please WhatsApp us your brief intro and query with item full image displayed on post & we will revert as soon as possible with its price as required & after which you can choose to confirm items you wish to order, We will cross-check availability accordingly of those items, Order will be deemed confirmed only upon payment & will not be cancelled as it's not fair on our respective vendors who trust us to book items with them during the drop-ship process. If the payment is not paid instantly upon availability, we don’t assure later its availability. It's all on a first-come-first-served basis. Hence, kindly recheck availability before payment, and we shall cross-check if the item is in stock. Item order is confirmed only upon payment reflecting in the account. A final order form is required to be filled for consignee address and contact details. Once the item is confirmed no cancellations are allowed as we process your orders straight away.

Sometimes after confirm booking Item images/videos are also sent to our customers if sources provide, so they take a closer look before it's shipped from our sources & we expect that our customers do a thorough check of the item shown concerning its colour, quality, workmanship & all relevant details carefully. As these are fashion or imitation jewellery also classified as costume jewellery and most of them are handcrafted.
• In IJOS marketplace, we make every effort to ensure that our online post is as accurate and complete as possible.
• To view jewellery in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every screen is set differently, size/colour resolution may vary slightly.
• Many items such as in semi-precious stones & natural stone colour shape size & look may vary compared to original image shown due to picture angle & lighting And in meenakari/enamelled work you can expect some bleed here & there as its handcrafted. As mentioned these are all imitation Jewellery & hence they are bound to have a certain indication of differences in colour/designs/ workmanship in handmade items etc compared to items received.

• Most Indian jewellery is NOT nickel free as it's a necessary element to keep the sheen of the item intact. (make sure to cross-check in case you have any allergic reaction to nickel) 
• Lastly, it's MANDATORY to do an unboxing/opening video from scratch, Once the parcel is received in case there is an issue, i.e., damaged / missing item etc. In case of such issues, we need to be informed within 24 hours of receiving the item & We will need the FULL OPENING video clip evidence to fwd our suppliers without which NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED WHAT SO EVER, to replace or exchange the item, All items are to be packed in the same way and shipped back within 48  hours of returns approved and return cost is borne by the end customer.

Payments are done via local bank transfer (India-INR / UK-GBP) For our overseas customers, we accept payment via PayPal service (Cross Borders & currency conversion fees applicable)

Damaged/Unrepairable items opening video has to be sent/Informed to us within 24hrs once received. So we check & fwd our vendors. Our vendors will decide accordingly. Most of the time they are happy to take the item back & replace it depending on availability or something else can be offered of that Amt. Return packaging & shipment cost is Bourne fully by buyers.
